I have Shrek 2 on dvd! How could this happen?

Hi, I live in Tijuana, Mexico, I bought the Shrek 2 dvd from a guy I don't know, it's a dvd-r, he told me it was a real dvd someone gave him, so I played it on my laptop before buying it, and it was a very professional dvd, looked real, the movie looks great, has motion menus with transitions from menu to menu with characters from the film, it even has 5.1 english tracks and 2.0 spanish track, it says it has French also but it's not there, it has extras too, and some trailers from another movie "madagascar", games, etc, so my question is, where did did guy get it? do you think it's like a stolen master or what? I'm confused? here are some screen caps:

The DVD is a bootleg. Someone got hold of an advance copy of the DVD and bootlegged it. Those advance copies are usually sent to video stores like Blockbuster or Hollywood Video a few months before the DVD is officially released. Something tells me your gonna catch hell for posting those screen caps since it's a boot.

Well, I didn't know it was like an advance copy, i thought it was like one of those films studios give to critics or something, anywal, cool, I have it :P
