  1. I have windows 2000 and I like to use virtualdub

I've been trying many a hard ways to get Lame Mp3 installed on my

system as an audio codec under the device manager.

    Nothing seems to be working

I know it is totally easy to install in Windows Xp

But in windows 2000 I have great problems.

I try and move the lame_enc.dll file to the system32 folder

and then I try and register it by going to

    Run and typing regsvr32 lame_enc.dll

But my computer says DllRegisterServer entry point was not found.

DllRegisterServer may not be exported, or a corrupt version of lame_enc.dll may be in memory. Consider PView to detect and remove it

all I want is my computer to reconize Lame Mp3 as an audio codec and that Virtualdub will allow me to use Lame Mp3 as an audio compressor.

    Please help me.
