Ok I just recently converted a PAL SVCD to a NTSC SVCD Iam pretty sure I did everything right I used 23.97fps (internally 29.97fps) the source was progressive so I used progressive, iam not really sure about the field order. I've been tryen different things but my new NTSC SVCD is still flickering, anyways just recently I went back and looked at my PAL SVCD source and noticed that it flickers, well know iam not sure what to do If my source flickers theres proably not much I can do (thats what Iam figuring) the only thing I can think of is that maybe my PAL SVCD source didn't start as progressive maybe it used to be interlaced but the person who made the svcd changed it to progressive and screwed it up causing it to flicker ( iam not sure if that made any sense iam still new at this) Iam not to sure what to do about this, any thoughts?
