  1. I have a folder with only VOB's in they play fine in Mplayer but if I try to make a DVD with Toast it won't encode it says error with source material.

Should I only have VOB's or should there also be IFO and BUP files??

Would you recommend re-authoring the DVD?

    Thanks in advance.

try toast with just one of them and see what happens
save as disk image instead of burning

Kindly ignore this. I asked a stupid question, then searched for the answer. I'll now retreat back to my dark hole.

Why does Toast encode them if they are already DVD files??

Also is there a way to re-author in Sizzle without making menus. I add each Vob as a new title, but it will only play Vob 1 ??

    Thanks again.

No, but I said something and asked a follow-up question about VOBs. Rather than allowing my stupidity to infuriate others, I edited my message.
