I've got this XVID video that I want to convert to SVCD. I can play the video fine on my computer. Ive checked the video with Gspot and it verifies its XVID. When I try and open the file with Virtualdub it says "Could not locate decompressor for format XVID" TMPGEnc says "Could not open, or Unsupported". What am I missing here? Thanks.

Thanks that worked. I did search but I only looked at some of the near 8 million posts and got discouraged. Dont know how I missed this. Sorry for being a pest.
I'd rather be insulted by you than someone I respect.
