    Has anyone tried the latest drivers... 5.13.01.3276??
    I am using 5.13.01.3102, when I installed the newer, Win2k gave my a boot screen full of streaks, XP gave me a black screen, removed, reinstalled older, back to normal??

    Assuming this is the ATI updated drivers, not the driver supplied by Microsoft...

    yup. Just checked. Working fine for me...

    did you folow the directions on this site about removing your old drivers completely? the involves using regedit!
