  1. The file will play fine on media, but when i tried to open it with TMPGEnc, there was an error saying

    File "filename" can not open or unsupported

    Make sure you have the right codecs installed. check it in Gspot. Or in TMPGEnc go into 'environmental settings' under "VFAPI plug-in" and increase the priority of the directshow miltimedia file reader to 2.

  3. I have the priority up for directshow media filters and gspot says that both the audio and video codecs are installed
