I have a bunch of Music videos in MPG and MPEG that i want to make a DVD of, there is a perfect menu in iDVD that i want to use.
Is there a way of getting iDVD to use MPEG and MPG videos?

How would i go about doing that. Can i just convert them to .mov, and if so what program should i use?

If you convert 'em into DV and then import into iDVD, iDVD encodes them back into MPEG2 before recording and you lose in quality.

I just became aware of this new applicaation:
http://www.dropdv.com/
It will simply the conversion to Dv, which is the only format iDVD accepts. DVDSP would work directly with the MPEGs, but costs a lot more than this app.
The web pages claims no loss of quality, and there is a demo vrsion available,
