  1. Dear friends.
    I captured a movie for an old VHS and the final file is perfect, has the same quality of the original VHS.
    I convert this file to MPEG format using TMPGEnc and the MPEG-2 file perfect too.
    I used the TMPGEnd DVD authoring to produce the DVD but when I finalize the disc and play in the DVD Player (Philips DVD616k) the video was shaky...
    If I create a SVCD video and play in DVD player, the movie is ok.
    How I correct this?

    what settings did you use ?


    you probably had the wrong field order

  3. The default setting of DVD (NTSC) template of TMPGEnc.
    The bitrate that I use is 5300.
    In the field order, I put: Interlace - Bottom field first (field B)
