  1. I have a dvd-rw disc that I've been using to try out my dvd's b4 burning them to disc, is there any reason why I should'nt be doing this? also even though the disc plays in my dvd player when inserted into my pc it shows no disc and when I check the properties it says file system RAW and the dvd-rw as a CD.

    Any1 any ideas?

Do you have any software installed on your PC for playing DVDs?

Forget Windows Mediaplayer. It is trash. Unless you are creating files specifficly for it and absolutely have to have it, do yourself a favor and just uninstall it from your system.

    For real.
