  1. I purchased some borderless matte dvd inserts, I'm having a problem printing these out using the borderless option. I can't seem to print on these without a 2cm border all the way around. I have tried Surething CD labeler, but the template isn't even available. Any tips on printing out a borderless dvd case insert?

  3. I print mine on legal paper or heavy duty plain paper. To do inserts, just set the cover template to dvd.keepsake.split. Then go to file and select printer settings to legal size paper, then exit and hit printer icon. It should print nicely. There are also instructions at:

I have printed over 100 dvd covers using this program. Just drag and drop. It works great.

  4. I can't say if this pertains to your situation or not but i had the same problem. The 1st thing I did was get the right size dvd cover inserts (after going through 50 sheets or regular paper and I set the paper type to type A4 paper and had no problems after that. I found out that inkjet printers have a mandatory 2cm border around the edges, so you need the different type paper to make it go through properly.

You will always have to cut and trim a bit, but that is beacause the size of the paper will always be that much larger than the cover you are printing. To make it "borderless" would mean that you are increasing your cover size which you don't want because it won't fit into teh sleeve and when you trim it you will be cutting out part of your inserts image. I hope this helps.
