I'm using SureThing labeling software to create wrtwork for my Lightscribe discs and making some for a DVD case also. I can export as an image file but what's the best resolution to save as for a full size DVD case?
Also, if I take the file somewhere like Office Depot to print it on glossy paper are there any tricks or tips I or the employees should know to get it to print correctly and look the best we can get?

For DVD inserts, I use CoverXP and print myself them myself. It isn't necessary to use glossy paper as the clear plastic of the case will determine the cover appearance. What you want is a paper that will print in high quality to capture the details. I use this paper: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16828103049
Actual sizes will vary depending on the type of cases that you are using.Google is your Friend
