In backing up my Simpsons sets, I dispensed with the menus anid a movie only copy in DVD2One, leaving me with one long clip with all the episodes.
I dropped the episodes into Toast to make a menu to direct to individual episodes, but I lost my commentaries. It seems that I can only have ONE audio track with Toast.
Is there a way to remedy this?

Quick question.
Why get rid of the menus just to create new ones? -

I was fitting 2 discs onto 1 DVD by joining the episodes together and then shrinking the whole thing down to size.

Toast only supports 1 audio track in Video format. If you want to keep both tracks, you will need to have a Video_TS folder and burn the DVD in DVD-ROM format. You could just use the Join feature in DVD2One and then burn the resulting Video_TS folder.
