good day all,
could someone tell me or point me in the direction of a guide that will tell me how to isolate a video frame and copy it and then save it as a still image using virtualdubmod?

Virtualdub, click Video, copy source (or output) frame to clipboard.
Open any graphics program (Paintshop Pro, Photoshop, Irfanview, et al) and Paste (CTRL+V).
