  2. There are quite a few guides already.
You need to know which authoring tool you wish to use, as most of them will put the 3 on one dvdr with a menu of some sort.
I recommend DVDLab, TMPGEnc DVD Author, and Ulead DVD Studio, in that order.
Start by clicking on the "Author" link to the left under How To.

  4. When you add a video, just add another.
DVDLab is quite a bit different, and maybe this will help: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=220092

  6. DVDLab will let you add vobs or mpegs, whatever you have. See this thread: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=916824

Before you do anything else, read a few guides. Searching the forum helps, but you may want to start with at least one guide each on:
    1.Convert
    2. Author
    3. Burn

To add a vob click on the 'Add DVD Video' button instead of the 'Add File' button. (This will not allow you to add just a vob file- the IFO files have to be present as well).
