  1. When I start it says another programme is using the files.

    This is a new one on me, help please Chrissy Boy. I have posted a screen pic and link.

    Tried a reinstall and same happened. Only thing I can thing i have installed since is Panda Anti Virus, ????

  2. OK...... so I answer my own question............ LOL

    It most certainly does not like Panda Internet Security. I uninstalled Panda and SVCD worked just fine.

    Bizzare. It is duely noted. Those files are the C++ runtime files not sure what I can do about it. Hopefully this may help others aviod the issue however.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
