    Black Viper at www.blackviper.com. I’d like to recommend this guys non-pay site to anyone interested in PC performance or getting rid of annoying background programs (services). Once every few months I go to this guys site to help determine what services running on my PC can be shut down. Just last night I shut down 6 unneeded services and today it feels like I just did a major upgrade. Every now and then when I find something I really like I just like to pass it on.
    Big Government is Big Business.. just without a product and at twice the price... after all if the opposite of pro is con then wouldn’t the opposite of progress be congress?
