Hi,my parents got a fre DVD player when they used their credit card,and its a DK 367 (in UK BTW) but they think it could be going wrong.Trouble is there is no info in the manual about returning it if it is defective.There is no address phone number of the manufacturers.So my question is,does anyone know who makes it,or whwere it can be sent for a replacement?
