    Hi, fairly new to the site and experiencing a few probs with nero, would appreciate any help/pointers.

    Converted some avi/rm files into mpeg format with EOVIDEO.
    Just tried to burn them into dvd(video) format with nero, so i can watch them on my player. But there was a problem,nero says:

    required file - video ts. ifo - not present.
    required file - video ts.bup - not present.
    dvd video files compliance test failed.

    Not sure where these files are or how to apply them.
    Weird thing is i ignored this and tried to burn anyway to see what would happen, it burnt it but would not play on my dvd player, but would play on my real player on my pc?
    Any info would be much appreciated, believe me.

    Did you author the resultant mpg ?

    Yes, check out the guides to the left, under convert.
