wondering if its possible to hook up my VCR to my PC using my system (specs below). if so how can I go abouts connecting it and what software would I need to capture the VHS tapes onto PC so I can them convert them to DVD or VCD etc.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm almost positive if you do a search of the site, or just look under the capture in the how to section there are one or two guides that can point you in the right direction, next time do a little work, and then ask why you can't find specific info. Just a note, cause I b*tched, assuming the ATI Radeon 9800 PRO is a TV capturing card, after you get the correct cables to run audio and video from the VCR to the card, you just need to find a good piece of software and your almost there...vdub, virtual vcr...if not you need to get a decent capture card.
