My friend has the "Click to Video"(CTV-a dvd burning software for his homemade slideshows) software on his new Vaio 44G. He can create his movie on another software that was included on his new VAIO and transfer it to this CTV software. However, when he tries to burn it, it gave him the error, "There is an error in creating an image on your disc". The error noise and message is driving him nuts (ha, ha).

Being he is a newbie and I have a mac (I'm usually in the Mac forums), what can I tell him is the problem? Or better yet, how he can resolve and burn it to his dvd disc? Thanks a million in advance for your solutions!
