dvd encrypter doubt

hello, i have a doubt here, if i dont have a dvd-+r/rw drive ( just dvd-r ) do i need 4 something the dvd decrypter????

you don't need it, but it us a good tool to have. You can never have too many tools.

what are you trying to do? The program decrypts, rips and burns.

but i dont have a dvd burner :P ( just a cd-r/rw , and it haves a dvd-r too)
im just asking if i install it or not

You have a DVD-ROM drive that can read DVD discs SO if you want to copy a DVD to your HDD then you will need something like DVD Decrypter which is one of many programs (though it is the best) at allowing you to COPY a DVD to your HDD.

After you do this you can process it a number of ways to burn onto a CD-R disc.

This can be done as a VCD or SVCD which will work with most stand alone DVD players.

You can also use an MPEG-4 codec such as DivX or Xvid but very few stand alone DVD players support that but some do and you can always play it back on the computer.
