I don't know what forum this belongs to, but anyway. I don't know much about photo printing, just got a new epson r300 and I am now trying to print pictures from my digital camera. My problem is when I print a picture it has a very slight green tint to it. I print pictures on CDs and they look great. I wonder if it may be the photo paper I am using? Have any of you seen this before or know what I might be talking about? I never mess with the properties of the print except maybe photo quality print and the paper type but other than that I never mess with anything. Does anyone have any idea or have the same printer that does this?

  2. I've seen comparison photos between the R300 and the R800.
The R300 seemed to add yellow to the picture which made the grass stand out more green, the dry bushes look more vivid green/brown and some other colors seem like it had more contrast in comparison with the R800 photo. I have not seen any pure green tint though

The R300 is a good printer but I don't think it holds whites or other colors as well as the R800 or some Canon printers (like the I960 or I9900 ).

I'm not really familuar with the epson r300 however many printers or photo printing software allow for printer profiles. Try looking there to make a universal correction.
Big Government is Big Business.. just without a product and at twice the price... after all if the opposite of pro is con then wouldn’t the opposite of progress be congress?
