You can't use dvd decrypter to encode a dvd to a mpeg1. I'm assuming the dvd you have in your hd is vob files. So you would need to use dvd2avi then use a encoder like CINEMA CRAFT ENCODER or TMPGE or MAINCONCEPT to create a MPEG1.
