When ever I try to encode from divx to anything in tmpgenc I get wierd results. For instant if I know fo a fact that the dixv is only 130000 frames in tmpgenc It'll get like 520000 frames that needs to be encoded and extimated time to finish is like 70 - 80 hours. I tried it once and the divx finished encoding at like 25%. When the entire process was finished I got a new mpeg2 file that was about 1.4 Ghz in file size and over 5 hours long but the divx was only about 100 minutes long. If I cut the divx with virtualdub first I can get the right frame count in tmpgenc but virtualdub either desyncs the sound or freezes the video. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
