I recently purchased the Chappelle's Show Season 1 DVD. I know how to rip it and everything, but the problem is i only know how to rip and convert one show at a time. Is there a way that i might just set it up so it will convert the full disk, and automaticaly split cds. the shows are all on the same ifo structure so there must be a way, but i need help figuring it out!

    <-- Apparently i DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING HMM

I'm sure there's better ways to do it but the way i've been using for my Alias dvds is the following:

    1. Rip each episode in IFO mode using Decrypter
    2. Use AutoGK (v.1 i believe) It has the option of building a batch list so you can just add each episode in there and it'll convert them one after the other. You can either do XviD or DivX with it and you can choose your output size and all. It's a pretty neat simple to use program. There's guides for it but I can't seem to find it right now but it's pretty straightforward that you don't even need a guide.

I know it takes away most of your control but i've been very pleased with the results for what i've been doing. It does a real good job i think. So that's an option.

DVD Shrink-DVD2ONE-Recode-DVD95COPY-CloneDVD,any of these will do a full disk backup. CloneDVD also allows you to split 4 episodes 2 per DVD-R.

Rip each episode one at a time. Use DVD2AVI to frameserve into TMPGEnc, where you can re-encode into any MPEG type you wish.
    If in doubt, Google it.

i got a dvd burner like 2 weeks ago, and this is a tricky dvd. if you put 6 shows per DVD even at 2 pass using Nero Recode, you get some pixels. so what i did is im ripping each individual episode with DVD2AVI, and then im using 2 pass vbr with Main concept Mpeg Encoder. resolution 352*480, while audio is at 192 with 48000 khz. and max bitrate is 6000 min is 300, while the avg is 1926. 8) I recieved very excellent quality using this method and i can fit it all on one disk.

  9. DVD to DVD-r

Rip in the full disk with a DVD Ripper ( I use SmartRipper) to a temp directory.

If it;s over 4.36GB in size use a DVD shrinker to make correct size (I use DVD2ONE.

Burn to DVD-r (I use Nero).

Shouldn't take more than 1hr per DVD

  10. Just use DVD Shrink's Reauthor mode and put 4 episodes (titles) on each DVD and burn
