    hello all

I have a quick question. so what i'm attempting to do is create a DLT from a previous project that was made. Luckuly, it's not CSS or Mac. ready, so all I did was copy the audio & video TS foldes over to a removable drive, then dumped the files on my compile drive.
when i go to emulate the project, all the video and audio is good to go. the problem is, NO OVERLAYS (d'oh).
the purpose for the DLT is the client wants it set to a different region setting, no big deal.

unfortunately, we don't have the project backed-up as data (or can't seem to find it).

What i guess i'm asking is: why are the overlays not present, since it has never been a problem before. as a matter of fact, the only warning i have recieved has been the .lay file is not present, and all that means is that my image setting are not there(once again, no big deal).

just in case youre wondering, the menus are both static and dynamic menus. the project is a dvd-5, ntsc.

the system im using is a spruce maestro 2.9.

any help wpuld be greatly appreciated

    hello again all,

so here is an update to my problem.

so what i did was just image the project, and burn it to disc, and low and behold, THE OVERLAYS ARE PRESENT!

so i'm guessing that it was the actual emulator software that didnt see the overlay, but then when i treid to emulate the project again, the overlays appeared. :S

anyway, changed the region settings, and i burned a DLT, and it looks good. now all i have to do is wait for a check disc from the glass master (keeps fingers crossed).
