    Most do (i.e. zoomplayer, bs player, wmp classic)

    You convert to avi as usual with autogk, fairuse 0.4.

    Then you rip the subs to a text file.
    https://www.videohelp.com/dvdbackup#6;34

    last play the avi and text together with a special app or use vobsub or ffdshow.
