i need a prog like what tmpgenc does, can cut certain scenes or basiclly seconds outta movies, but in AVI not in MPG.

Virtualdub can take care of that. Make sure you have "direct stream copy" selected on the video menu, otherwise when you save your new avi it will be decompressed and the file size will be huge.

Sounds like you are talking about virtualdub, thats what you need. Set video to direct stream copy, it will limit you to cut on keyframes only, but the alternative is to reencode.
