Creating Scrolling Text

Ok here is what I want to accomplish an I am not quitesure how to do this.
I want to have a scrolling text box on a DVD menu with the button to play the movie right above it. I have button creation down pat but have not seen anything on creating scrolling text. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to create a motion menu. There are guides and many threads on how to do this but basicaly you need to create a short video of the scrolling text with the static button above it as a starting point. Exactly how you do this or what you do from there depends on what tools you have available.
