i have problems ripping DVDs that are a bit scratched with shrink and decrypter both had problems is there anyway i can copy the movie still

Best way -
Buy your own disc scratch repair machine and use that whenever you have difficulty ripping anything. Unless the scratch is so deep that you can see light through the scratched area (which means the actual data layer is destroyed and the disc is worthless), it can be saved. A disc repair kit will save you big amounts in the long run. -
There are places that repair discs. There's one near where I live.
