Anyone know how I would go about converting WMV video clips into another format...preferrably MPEG or MOV files? Is this possible to do using TMPGEnc? ...if so, can you give me a brief rundown as to how I would go about doing so? Thanks!

I know my version of TMPGenc supports wmv conversion. Look at the encoding guides for support.
