Anyone have any great places for a honeymoon? Anywhere in the world.
Evonne and I know for a fact we will go to the UK and maybe have dinner with anyone from the forum that wants to meet up there, but other than that we don't have many ideas.

Don't waste the money.
Stay home and fill up the "bean jar" the first year, see if you can empty it over the next 2 to 50 years.
First year put 1 in everytime, after the first anniversary, take 1 out everytime.
If you are normal, you ain't never gonna empty it..
But, if you insist, Australia IS about a 14 hour flight, you will at least get some sleep, be able to go at it again after you land and get your bio clocks adjusted.
Then you could go wrassle crocs, put the voodoo on water buffalo, etc., just like Dundee did.
Oh, and tend to the Missus, too.
Good luck, Lad, my best to the bride, hope you have a 100 years together.
Now, if only we could get you to use a normal 'puter......
Cheers,

Come to Australia and stay in the Whitsunday Islands. Perfect beaches, coral reefs and plenty of things to do. Then depending how long you have and how much money you have you could check out some other places in Australia. -
Well, at least we know who wears the pants in the family. "You will use a MAC, cause I don't know the first thing about them thar PCs."
Mebbe, just mebbe, she'll l'arn you a little about PCs.
Really doesn't matter, s'long as you can communicate with the forum, I don't care if you use semaphore.
Cheers,

I think before we suggest stuff (although we have already done so) you should tell us what your criteria are.
For example, how long do you have, what sort of money range are we looking at, what do you two like to do, what don't you like to do etc. -
Go to Iraq, I've heard they have a lot of Shiite to do over there. Under a rocket-lit sky you can have dinars for two.
One night there will feel like the rest of your life... literally
Very romantic -

Of course if sitting in a car for 2 or 3 weeks weeks isn't your boat......
Check out this shot from Yosemite, now that's a tree.

Well knowing I would recomend my Homeland... Dominican Republic at Punta Cana or Puerto Plata and going to the Bavarro Beach Resorts (4 to 5 stars would be best) which is the ultimate Hotel resort IMO, as I currently reside on the capitol of the island, I have no means of getting up there. But I would NOT recomend Dominican Republic at this time of year and its a simple reason....
Elections are comming up and everything (maybe except the hotels) is going to shut down for the week involving May 16, election day. Basically if the current piece of crap of a Prez. wins again there are going to be Riots and chaos....and that shut down week will extend to months... Kinda sucks to be down here at that time but im a residing student thats forced due to $$ issues. I would not recomend St. Petersbuerg, Russia, another place ive visited for a while. Its to plad and boring, all they have is mansion turned museums the size of a square mile and some EXTREMELY big Orthodox churches but what sucks is that you cant take a flash picture inside and those places are ussually dark, but anyway kinda boring for my tastes.... Go to Hawaii or Austrailia (be carefull of Great Whites and Box Jelly fish) or some place in the temperate climate. Or go to Switzerland, though I have never been there....
Im not saying that my country sucks... but right now is not a good time to get down here, in reply to an above post..Next Generation Classic...... -
nothing says "honey i love you, and want to gangbang you on our honeymoon" like a trip to jeex's house.

Oh wait, hang on...
shit.
Do the European cities if you're coming here my friend. but don't stay longer than three, maybe four days in each.
Don't do a Euro beach holiday, you do them better.Failing that go to Oz, it's my next (far flung) destination...
Willtgpo, my real dad, told me to make a maximum of 5,806 posts on vcdhelp.com in one lifetime. So I have. -
if you're visiting the UK, then how would a fortnight in a castle do for a honeymoon?
I quite enjoyed visitng Koln in germany, very positive attitude there. this was about 1996, so things may have changed...
Have you set a date for the wedding? wow, tgpo shaved and in a tux! how weird! -

Just don't turn into a complacent toss pot like a lot of married men seem to - you're very lucky to have found someone that's right for you, never let her forget how important she is to you. buying her clothes, jewellery, cars, houses, dinner, movies tickets and weekends in hotels will ALL take precidence over a new MAC now
-
If its next year... hell yes i would recomend Dominican Republic if we arent in shambles by then. Who knows... if im still here I might even drive to the hotel.
But do you have any pics of the lucky Mac User?Next Generation Classic...... -
Try Swindon TGPO, you can try out the Magic
Roundabout. I might even buy you a pint -

It is a little pricey, but I personally don't like to follow the crowd. -
What time of the year are you getting married do you know tpgo?
Lake Louise, the International Peace Park and Banff in Canada are stunning at the end of Winter/start of Spring. Would be cheaper than a European or Australian Holiday.
Also think about maybe New Zealand if you can put up with stupid accent.
