You've got something wrong in there somewhere. I used to use DVD2SVCD a lot, never any problem like that. I left all settings at default, except to enable internal ripping and setting the CD size to 800. I usually set the number of CD's to 2 max. to keep from dealing with 3 CD's. When you generate an image file and burn it with Nero in image mode, you can get about 835MB per CD, maybe a little more. 90 min CD can go higher, but not sure how much. I usually used CCE, but TMPGEnc occasionaly. Sounds like there is a problem with your settings. You might look at the Doom9 forums, they have a specific one for DVD2SVCD. I changed over to DVD's so I don't use that program anymore.

  3. Try VCDEasy, just add the mpeg files to create the disks, dont mind those bin/cue files. Use the chapters files in the dvd2svcd output folder to recreate the chapters in VCDeasy.

  5. Ok, then the video is too long, not something buggy about the imagefiles. I asumed you were talking about the imagefiles when i first replied, but i guess you were not, sorry about that. You need to encode it again at lower bitrate. You can also lower the audio bitrate a little maybe.
Alternative is to split the second file, the big one, with for ex. Tmpgenc (click file - mpeg tools - merge cut), and burn it to 3 cd's.
