I have Nero 6 installed on my Dell computer. I have used Nero Back it Up in the past without a problem. Now when I try to create a back up on dvd+wr I get an error. The process starts ok but just as the writer starts to burn the back up it shows ERROR "can't read data". Then it spits out the disk with nothing on it. Nero technical support emailed me and told me to make sure the dma is enabled on both primary and secondary drive channels in hardware profiles. It is and it still does the same thing. Any solutions. I have a iomega super dvd writer installed.
