I have about 120 AVI's, all of which have Divx Audio. For each one, I'd like to convert the audio to MP3 audio, so it will play in a standalone.

Are there any programs out there which will do what I am looking for? I know that VDub can be set up as a batch processor, but VDub would still require that I set up each conversion separately. I'm looking for something I can just give a list of AVI files, specify the desired audio format, and let 'er rip!
