Is there a standard NTSC settings I should use for the contract, brightness, etc. ? For default, mine is 127 for each setting but the picture doesn't seem as my t.v. does.
If there isn't a standard NTSC setting, does anyone else have any suggestions or know of pretty good settings?
Thanks for you help!
BTW, I have an ATI Wonder VE.

Keep in mind it could be the DVD player your are playing it back on some DVD players come set with the IRE set at -7 instead of 0, check in your DVD memu to see what the Black Enhancement is set at, APEX is horrible about this. I have reset my Brightness at 136 and Constrast at 136, looked pretty good to me.
