    i need to know what software that can burn mpeg to vcd format to watch play on regular dvd player. besides nero and vcdeasy is there any other software that does this

    I've always used Ulead DVD MovieFactory to author and burn VCD's. RecordNow Max will also author VCD's using compliant mpeg files, but only in the more basic VCD 1.1 version, I believe.
