  1. Ive got software such as Super Dvd creator, Imgburn, and Dvdflick but before you burn avi files to disk they require converting or authoring.. I know windows media player DOESNT, what other software just burns files to disk without having to be converted? Its a pain beause with these programs it asks to search a folder for a vob file for example and wont let me just burn an avi file to disk

Help would be much appreciated. Thanks

If you don't "convert"....it won't be DVD Video and won't be playable on a DVD player attached to your television.
If you ARE looking to create a DATA DVD with just a bunch of AVI files burned to it....ImgBurn will create DATA DVDs very easily.

Imgburn works perfectly fine for burning AVI's to dvdr, i do it 100 times a month, but if you plan on playing them on a standalone player it must supprt avi files, IE: Divx/Xvid

  4. If your DVD player can accept DIVX AVI on DATA Disks, just use any DVD/CD burning program to make a DATA CDs, and add the
AVI... I recommend CDBurnerXP or IMGBurn (as Noahtuck recommended) to do this ....

Just make sure your AVI's dimensions have DVD resolution (720x460,720x576, etc.....) and are in XVID or DIVX codec....

    Good luck
