  1. Hello,

I am researching on what is the max resolution to use to give excellent print quality on a Printable DVD-R, my mate told me that some DVD-R's cannot absorb that much ink as others? So what resolution do u use to give quality which is nearly exactly the same as the original and what Printable DVD-R is the best.

  2. I use Ridata white top inkjet printables on my Epson R300, and I set it to +1 and Best Photo to print on the DVD using a scan at 300dpi and they look good to me.

  3. Quality of the print depends as much on the quality of the pic you are putting on as well...A 75dpi scan will look now where as good as a 300dpi one..
I use Ritek printables and have found using the cd/dvd setting with either 0 or +1 to be the best settings for me. Any higher in the paper settings and i get ink overload to the disk and they dont dry properly. Used to be abel to use photo paper but the disks must have changed as they never dry using that setting now.
