Full screen from 320 x 240?

Hi, I was just wondering how I can make a VCD that will play full screen on a tv using the playstation vcd player plugin. I haven't tried it yet, will it play full screen on its own or what? I burned a VCD using Nero.

Also, is there a way to make a menu where on the front page, you can select what you want to play? If so, what program is used and how? Thanks.

Before posting, please consider the following:
1. Read the GUIDES on this site first (look at the menu to the left)
2. Try using the SEARCH facility at the top of the screen
3. Try using other net resources (e.g., doom9's site: http://www.doom9.net )

Yes it will play in full screen but you must use an MPEG-1 with specific specs to make a VCD. You can't just use any old MPEG and 320x240 is not a VCD framesize. Click on "What Is VCD" on the left hand menu for more info.

Yes you can make a menu. This too is in the guides. You can use a number of proggies (e.g., Nero, VCDImager, VCD Toolkit, VideoPack 4, etc.)
