  1. I have a video I edited in Premiere Pro. It's standard 4:3 SD format.

I'd like to put it up on the internet in Flash FLV format larger than 320 x 240. Any suggestions for what's the largest size I should use?

    Thanks

i never done any , only watched some, but I think it depends on where its going, no matter what you send youtube, it will be resized to 320*240

google uses larger, and if you are putting it on your own site, you can use what ever size you want

bigger sizes make bigger files and take longer to reach the viewers PC

  3. I will be hosting it myself...i want it to be larger than 320 x 240 but I still want it to load relatively quickly for DSL/Cable users.

Then it will be a matter or trial and error. Create different resolutions and check the file sizes. The bottom line is file size, not resolution.
