    Following from issues about encoding xvid files (https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=214365&start=25) this has led to a new problem.

    The final authored DVD (done using IFOedit for speed from elementary streams) has perfect audio and video BUT video plays at (apparently) double speed and hence the audio and video is way out of sync - as well as making everybody rush everywhere!!

    Any ideas?

    For infor, looks like I fixed this one - the culprit was IFOEdit.
    Reauthored using TMPGEnc and sample was perfect - am now trying entire film
