dvd works on my player but not my brothers

I'm having problems making backups of movies for my brother. I'm using dvd shrink and it works fine for my dvd player(pioneer). My brother has an apez 1200 and his player won't read it as a dvd, he is able to browse through the folder and play each file but that's just annoying. Does anyone have any ideas? I burn the discs using nero setting the dvd as a UDF. Is there something wrong with the way I burn them or could it be the program(DVDShrink)?

Maybe the media you are using isn't compatible with his player.

What version of NERO are you using. If it's in the 5.5.10.XX range you should be using UDF/ISO with no relaxed restrictions. Phil Thomas is also correct, it could be a media compatibility issue.

Does this happen with all of the backups you made for him using the same type of media? I've had the same problems with specific movies in my dvd player. I have an APEX dvd player ... When I try playing these dvds in a high end dvd player they all work fine .. as well as playing them in my dvd-rom drive.
