    I just starting using DVD2SVCD with TMPGEnc as the encoder and DVD Decrypter as the burner and everything worked great. The problem is, when I go to play the disc in my Toshiba topset DVD player, the Fast Forward/Rewind (search) functions do not work. Also, the timecode does not increment, it just remains at 00:00:00 even though the movie progresses. I've read the troubleshooting guide on the Doom9 homepage but haven't found any cure for this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    Is there something wrong in my settings?

    no...it depends on your player when using dvd2svcd..some players fast forward/rewind when using dvd2svcd...for me, it does not work...but if I use dvd2avi then tmpenc and burn with recordmax now (vcd) the search function works great. If I use nero, it does not...
