  1. hi friends. i have a simple question, i am trying to put a file that, i assume came from regular video, on to dvd. Now the problem is that the picture seems kind of dull and faded. I know that there is a way to enhance the picture to look clearer. can anybody tell me what program to use, and also is there a guide on how to do this?
    thanks a mill.

I use Premiere Pro. You can adjust the brightness and color settings at will.

  3. but is there a way to bring out a clear and sharp view out of a somewhat blurry picture. i have done this in jpeg files (ie pictures taken with my camara) i have taken a not so clear picture and enhanced it to a verry clear picture.
    thanks again.

NLE's like Premire, Vegas and most other higher end stuff incorporate similar sets of filters to photo editors. You can sharpen, clean, adjust color, contrast just like with photo apps. Since video frame is usually not as detailed as a decent digital photo some of these filters have to be applied with more caution. The principles are the same though.

  5. thanks i'll check it out. Also do you know a good filter or app that will allow me to trim the ends of a video clip (like fade out)?
    thanks again

You can fade out with any decent editing software.
