I ripped a DVD to DIVX using FairUse 0.40, but when the output file was completed it did not come out right.
When ever there is movement, everything begins to blur and segment into bars.... I.E.
His elbow tempararly becomes un-aligned with the rest of his arm, his mouth with his nose, ect if you catch my drift. (can't take a screen shot for some reason).
What are the best settings for this program?

I really wish they'd write that in English, Alatavista translator does not translate it.
