Replacing Cell Question

I am trying to make a backup of Freddy got Fingered and I want to replace some of the existing cells IDs with ones from the Deleted Scenes Vob, So the deleted scenes are seamlessly in the movie. I have searched all of the forums and haven't seen much on this topic. Is there a way to do it or should I give up?

DVDRemake lets you replace one cell with another. Payware, but pretty cheap, imo. And upcoming funcitonality will let you reprogram the DVD.
