    I just downloaded an avi file with a frame rate of 14.985 Frames/Sec and I trying to encode it to VCD format. My only problem is that when I load it into LSX Mpeg Encoder it won't convert to a valid mpeg1 format. Is there anyway I can change the Framerate so that I can convert? Thx, for the help.

    get virtual dub, load it and frame serve it to an encoder.

    or re-render it with V-dub
