Hi, I need to convert an XVID file to DIVX for burning but when I do I either lose the sound or it becomes garbled and hard to understand. I am using VirtualDub for converting and as far as I know I am doing it right according to the guide on here. However there is one thing that I am unsure of and that is what to set the audio compression to? Is there a guide on here aimed at 3 year olds as Denzil washington put it
just to make sure im clear, I want to covert XVID to DIVX for burning as my burning programs encoder (Roxio DVD Builder) will not work with XVID. When I convert to DIVX using VirtualDub I lose either all sound or its terrible quality.
Cheers people, AW
